2. Create custom transfer NFT BOS components
3. Create custom rent NFT BOS components
4. Use existing TokenGate NFT component

Create Crypto Wallet and Load with Goerli ETH

1. Install Metamask or similar crypto wallet
2. Enable test networks
3. Load it with Goerli ETH from a faucet
