Welcome to Legacy, an invite-only social dating club for high-achieving African diaspora singles. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, and any other services provided by Legacy (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices, conditions, or guidelines posted on the website. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

To use Legacy, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Registration

Prohibited Conduct:

Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

Posting, uploading, or distributing any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Using the Services for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

5. Membership and Fees

Legacy offers different membership tiers with associated fees. By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, and any fee changes will be communicated to you in advance.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.
